Source of industrial dirt

Atmosphere: Dust and other pollutants in the atmosphere produce dirt on the solid surface.

Cooling medium: If the cooling water contains inorganic salts such as Ca (Mg) (HCO3) 2, when it is decomposed by heat to form scale, it is deposited on the inner surface of the cooling water system to form inorganic salt scale.

Mechanical oil: Lubricants, antirust oils, hydraulic oils, and additives for machinery may be brought into the production system, contaminating the surface of equipment or materials, and forming oil stains that are difficult to remove.

Microorganisms: Microorganisms that breed in water and soil generate microbial sludge on the surface of equipment and pipes.

Corrosion products: Engineering materials (mainly steel and other materials) corrode under the action of environmental media and corrosive substances in production raw materials, generating rust products and forming rust scale.

Surface processing products: After artificial coating, plating, lining, and lining of the surface of materials and equipment are damaged, they need to be cleaned and processed. The old surface protection layer becomes the dirt that needs to be cleaned.

Production raw materials and products: Production equipment is in contact with pipelines and production materials, and some reaction products or intermediates will be deposited on the inner surface of the equipment and thicken with time.
