I. Product Overview:
It is used for cleaning oil, wax and rubber paint film during aluminum alloy piston processing and aluminum product finishing.

IV. Usage:
1. Ultrasonic cleaning according to 1:30 against standard tap water. The operating temperature is maintained between 50 and 55 degrees Celsius (not exceeding 60 degrees Celsius); manual cleaning is performed at 1:20 against standard tap water, and the operating temperature is maintained between 40 and 50 degrees Celsius.
2. The cleaning time is generally 3 to 5 minutes. In special cases, the cleaning time can be appropriately extended.
3. When the working fluid is lower than the working fluid level, when the processing time of the workpiece is too long, the original fluid is added according to the original proportion.
4. When there is too much oil residue in the working tank, filter the working fluid and add new chemicals to continue to use.
