This product is a steel wear-resistant phosphating treatment liquid. The application of this product can improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and rust resistance of metal surfaces. After phosphating treatment, oil seal or filling treatment should be performed.

Application
This product is suitable for various medium and high carbon steel materials such as gears, piston rings, cylinder liners, camshafts, hardware tools, screws, nuts and other metal parts that require wear reduction, lubrication and rust prevention, for black phosphorus treatment.

Features
1. The formed manganese phosphate crystal film is a thick film type phosphating film with a thickness of 5-10g / m2, black appearance, and dense and uniform crystals.
2. The phosphating film has abrasion resistance and good oil absorption performance, which can better protect the surface of steel.
3. Oil seal after this phosphating treatment can be used as the final anti-rust treatment.
4. This product is a low residue product.
