At present, medium and high temperature phosphating is widely used in China. Brings certain difficulties to operation, consumes energy, and costs a lot. Scope of application
The phosphating solution is widely used in automobile manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, steel doors and windows, instrument and meter housings, high and low voltage electrical equipment, cabinet shells, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, computer cabinets and other household appliances and various steel components. Dipping paint, spray paint, electrophoretic coating or powder electrostatic spraying in the product manufacturing process is used for phosphating treatment before coating.
