Dehydrated antirust oil is composed of a variety of antirust additives, dehydrated antirust agents, non-ferrous metal corrosion inhibitors and mineral oils, and replacement aids.
The dehydrated antirust oil can replace the water film on the metal surface, and form a layer of antirust oil film on the surface to prevent the metal from rusting. The rust prevention period can reach more than half a year. At the same time, due to the weak water emulsifying ability, the mixing of the oil and water phases will quickly produce stratification. The bottom step of allowing water to deposit in the oil layer, so long as the accumulated water can be eliminated, the use effect of the antirust oil is not affected.
This dehydration antirust oil is suitable for dehydration and inter-process rust prevention after mechanical processing, grinding, heat treatment, electrolytic processing, hair dark blue treatment and water-based cleaning of various metals or equipment after cleaning. Can also be used as short-term storage rust.

Use matters:
1. The dehydrated antirust oil can be used directly at normal temperature without being limited by temperature. Immerse the dehydrated and rust-preventive components in the dehydration and anti-rust oil, and shake it out for 1-2 minutes. In general, after machining, parts with cutting fluid; parts after heat treatment or after chemical degreasing, acid cleaning and rust removal are washed with water by our company's rust preventive, without drying, Can be directly immersed in this dehydrated antirust oil.
2. The dehydrated antirust oil can be used together with water-based cleaning agent, and can be used for mechanical maintenance and equipment maintenance.
3. For parts with dirty surfaces and contamination such as oil or iron filings, they should be cleaned before being immersed in this dehydrated antirust oil. The immersion time of this dehydration antirust oil is not less than 1 minute, and the parts must be constantly shaken. For components with pores, blind holes, internal cavities, etc., pay attention to turning to dehydrate thoroughly.
4. The bottom of the dehydration and antirust oil tank should be designed as a cone and have a valve to regularly remove water and pollutants deposited on the bottom. At a certain distance (approximately 100mm) from the bottom of the oil tank, a movable mesh or perforated shallow plate should also be provided. This will avoid stirring up the bottom water layer.
5. In the course of daily use, the solution should be kept clean, and water and debris are often excluded. After standing, the oil and water layer are clearly separated, and the accumulated water can be discharged. The clean dehydrated rust preventive oil can be used continuously; if the solution is not well delaminated and has become cloudy or emulsified, it should be replaced with a new dehydrated rust preventive oil.
