Quick-drying hard film rust inhibitor is a new high-tech product developed by our company. It widely uses various metal products or long-term storage and anti-rust treatment after plating and oxidation treatment of various metal products can also play a role in exposing the steel substrate. The purpose of maintaining the original color of the surface to prevent rusting.
Quick-drying hard film rust preventive is made by condensing polymer materials, such as polymer film-forming materials, oil-soluble slow-release agents, and petroleum solvents.
The antirust agent is easy to use, the antirust film dries quickly, and it can form a thin, hard film that is transparent, non-flowing and non-greasy.
This rust inhibitor meets Hard Film No. 1 in petroleum solvent diluted rust prevention oil standard.

Use matters:
1. The parts requiring rust prevention are directly immersed in the rust preventive solution for about 1 minute after being washed, dried or dried, and they need to be shaken several times during immersion to ensure the uniformity of film formation.
2. Remove the parts from the solution and leave them for 10-15 minutes, drip the remaining liquid, and make them form a film at the same time.
3. Dry at 60-70 ℃ for 10-20 minutes to solidify, take it out and cool to room temperature, then it can be packed or stored. Curing can also be achieved under normal temperature conditions.
4. The antirust agent is volatile, so it must be tightly closed when not in use to prevent the solution from volatilizing and causing the solution to thicken.
5. The exposed parts of the steel substrate need to be cleaned. In order to prevent secondary rusting due to cleaning, the rust inhibitor produced by our company can be used to prevent rust. After drying, the rust inhibitor can be used for rust prevention treatment.
6. The rust inhibitor is flammable. It should be kept away from fire and away from open flame.
出厂 The antirust agent is packed in plastic drums or iron drums before delivery.
