Product Introduction
This product is suitable for electrolytic polishing of SUS200 and SUS300 series and SUS400 martensite ferritic stainless steel products, which is safe and environmentally friendly. The surface is matte white and bright.
Compared with similar products in the market, this product has the following advantages:
1. The polishing liquid has a long service life and is easy to maintain and manage. Mastering the specific gravity of the polishing liquid can well control the production.
2. Electrolytic polishing can polish metal surfaces that cannot be reached by mechanical polishing, such as pits, complex zeros, filaments, films, meshes, etc.
3. Electrolytic polishing can remove micro burrs very effectively, get good flatness, and maintain long-term smoothness and surface flatness compared to mechanical polishing.
Main purpose: To improve the brightness of the stainless steel surface and to level the burrs on the surface.
  Instructions
Heat the electrolyte to 60-70 degrees, hang the lead plate on the cathode, fix the workpiece that needs electrolytic polishing to the anode with a suitable hanger and keep the workpiece opposite to the cathode, then adjust the voltage at about 2-15 volts, and polish 3 ~ 5 Remove the workpiece in minutes to complete the electrolytic polishing process. For the first use of electrolytic polishing liquid, a larger voltage and current should be used to age the solution. The electrolyte appears slightly green, indicating that a certain amount of nickel and chromium ions have been dissolved in the electrolyte, and the polishing effect is better.
