Surface adjustment is used for steel, zinc and its alloy metals to change the microscopic state of the surface of metal workpieces. In a short time and at a lower temperature, the colloid adsorbs on the surface of the workpiece to form a large number of crystalline nuclei and phosphorous growth points, so that the workpiece surface activity is uniform .

It mainly overcomes the film coarsening phenomenon, eliminates the defects of uneven corrosion caused by strong alkaline degreasing or strong acidic rust removal of metal workpieces, improves the phosphating speed and shortens the processing time, so that the metal workpieces produce dense and uniform phosphoric acid during the phosphating process. Salt film, at the same time enhance the corrosion resistance, improve the adhesion of the coating and reduce the phosphate deposits, etc., especially for electrophoretic coating pretreatment with high phosphating requirements, low-temperature phosphating, workpieces after pickling and a large amount of processing.
